    8 HP Flat Spot When Trolling

    8 HP LS with 20 hrs when trolling at low iddle when I give just a little throttle nothing happens then it goes to fast iddle.Wanted to take care of this problem myself because my dealer is 250 mi each way(I live in the bonnies). Thanks
