Ive been looking it over and I have spark and fuel. First i was checking for spark by grounding out the plug, I had spark, It actually started with the one cylnder down, so i put the plug back in, it wouldent start, took it back out and it started... so thinking...
I Started my 96 bayliner jazz out of water... I recommend you dont do the same unless you like expensive firecrackers.
