Was a VRO...pump and tank removed..mixed fuel pump installed..good fuel and
and what appears to be hot ignition..Carbs have been done , 125lbs both cylinders

I have done a few Johnson /Evinrudes...Need to change water pump..This is a 1998 150 Yamaha V-6....Where does the shift rod seperate from the power head...is it under the bottom carb where the linkage is or does it come out of the lower unit when removing....Thanks in advance
The mtr overheated prior to my getting it...The stator insulation melted as a result of the heat...The mtr runs has good compression I replaced the rectifier, the red wire was shorting out . I noticed after all this was done that if left connected to the battery...The battery has drawn down and...
