WELL I TOOK the gamble and ordered the yamaha CDI because the igintion system was identical as the 90hp mercury and it works perfectly..... saved myself 550$..... the numbers on the part are the same..
sorry it is the cdi for the f100. im trying to see if same cdi on the 2001 90hp mercury 4 stoke .... they have same Mitsubishi part number but just different numbers between mercury and Yamaha --

the merucry part number is 804269T2 but the yamaha one is 67f-85540-03 but the numbers on the cdi picture are identical so can i save money if i buy the yamaha one for 480? i posted the links to the CDI i am...
