    Transmission cable, OMC outdrive.

    Hello again. So i've a 1985 rinker 21' OMC outdrive and Cobra Moter (v6 4.7L) And today i was trying to remove the outdrive and ran in to bit of an issue w/ the transmission cable. not sure how to go about getting one end of it disconnected form ither the boat or the drive its self? :-P Sorry...

    New to boating :) Porlly a dumb question.

    im pretty new with boat terminology and part names :) im not sure the name of the rubber ... thing... that gose around the outdrive and is attached to the rear end of the boat (see picture) Best picture i could find anywho, if you could share with me the name of that, that would be awesome...
