    1974 chrysler 105HP running very slow

    I have a 1974 chrysler 105 HP and just put it in the water yesterday, the boat ran fine as far as not overheating. The rpms wouldnt get up to more than 2,000 because the throttle wasn't pulling enough line. Does anyone know how to adjust that or what else it could be? other than that, it didn't...

    I Just Bought A 1974 Chrysler Outboard 105hp And Replaced A Missing Spark Plug Boot. I Haven't Been Able To Start It. It Trys To Start And Spins.
