Has any one else replaced a clutch in an f-150? Particularly in the model year range of 97-03.
I have a 1999 F-150 and I am going to start the tear down to replace the clutch this weekend and hopefully wrap up the project next weekend.
The repair manual makes it look really bad.

Does it really take 7 days for 5200 cure? I was wanting to bolt the new transom in on Friday and go out on the lake for a test run Saturday or Sunday.
