    Tilt and Trim Problem

    I'm new to boating but I have a 40hp Mariner Magnum that the trim control isn't working. I have tried both engine mounted trim control and the throttle control and niether seems to be working. I can't tell if I hear anything when I hit the buttons so I don't know if it is getting any power...
