Last year, I had the motor, carbs, rebuilt, new fuel pump and put 5 hours on it and ran up to 50MPH.Everything was great. First time in this year, won't go past 15 to 25 MPH tops. You can tell it wants to, as it jumps forward, like it's ready but nothing. I made sure the check valve was good...
