    I have a 1987 200 HP maniner on my 393 ranger and for some reason the tilt&trim is leaking down just won't hold in place. There are no leaks not a drop! So why would it do this? it leaks down slowly but if you watch it you can see it drop/ it works fine other than this problem. any help please.
