Ok , so I found two sets matching. One set is a 99 2.5 135 optimax serial # og805157 The other is a 2000 2.5 135 opti serial # ot147104 my question is will these part work for what I need to do?

Ya I was thinking the same thing my self was just hopping for some magic trick that I didn’t know . I found a set bottom and top from a guy they came off of a 95 2.5 I will buy them as a set and install them with the metal infused gasket and go from there. Form what I was told it was replaced but what I fear is I have heard that both pieces need to be replaced with a plate from 1992 or newer and only one was if this is even possible . The problem is I do not see a parts number on the parts and I do not know how to identify them the difference that is.
