Ihave two 70 hp 1998 Evinrudes of a cat hull. They are used on salt water all the time and sit on a lift over salt water. They keep freezing up, I try to put corrosion guard on turn shaft, run in and out, then clean and repeat. But this time I didn'do it soon enough and now one motor is frozen...
