    state boat auction

    The state is auctioning off row boats left on the lakes. They are having closed bids; does any one know how much I should bid on a lot of two boats?

    200hp johnson,erratic tach

    How can I test if my tach or my voltage regulator is defective.The tach stays at zero then jumps to the correct RPMs then drops back to zero etc.
