I've heard conflicting opinions on whether I should fog my motor or not. Before I do anything I figured I'd ask here what are the steps I should go to to winterize my motor. I have never winterized a motor before.
I have a Mercury 25 hp 4 stroke and a couple of times when I was going full throttle the alarm would come on and the motor would stall. This isn't every time though. I thought the rpms might be too high, but on my last trip I got the alarm while not going full throttle. Any idea what it might be?
