and i noticed there was lots of volvo waterproof grease still left on the shaft.
after searching on google i learned that the duoprops need to be removed and greased 2X a season .. plan to grab some penetrating oil...

I have a duplex with 2 hot water tanks, on one side the cold water starts off hot then just goes warm.
The other side, the cold is warm water unless you run both hot and cold then shut off the hot.
