    Gear ratio for bravo 3 on 262 cr

    Quadrajet flat response berfore secondaries open

    Hi Struggling with my rebuilt qudrajet, and it is improving. But something is littlebit wrong; just before the seconaries are opening the reponse are very flat. I dont know which way to adjust, is it a lean condition on primaries or ? Its not the windup spring thats holding back its the vacuum...

    Difference merc 5.7 and OMC 5.7 late 80s

    Some technical data is hard to get for the OMC but easily found for the merc. So i wonder would it be OK to take the jetting scheme for a Qudrajet on a merc and use it on the OMC? There should be about the same motor and HP, but could another compression ratio or another cam make this a stupid...

    Hi, Starting my second season with my 1989 Fourwinns Sundowner 215, 5.7l 260hp Cobra. I am a little confused with my top speed. I reach 4000 rpm, and WOT is 4200-4600, top speed (GPS) is 35 knots. Running hours is 175. Prop is Michigan Wheel 14 1/2 * 19. Something is wrong! Does anybody know...
