i have a 2003 250hpdi and the switch on the control for trim has stopped working in the UP position. it will go down but not up, it still works on the engine switch, does anyone have one they would part with or could u steer me in the direction of getting a new one? thanks for the help!

just rigged used 2003 yamaha 250 hpdi on my center console. everything is ready and runs, but it surges at idle. it cuts off when u try to give it any throttle at all. runs real rough..compression is good. has spark on all 6. any ideas? thanks
