My brother has a 1990 pontoon with a 60hp Merc. He did'nt winterize it about 6 years ago, and wouldn't start the next year. I went down sat, and put in new plugs,fuel filter,fuel line and bulb. We could get it to start & run as long as I squirted gas & oil mixture into the carbs. Anyone know...
