Well didn't get too much done today was kind of busy only had a few hours to do some actual work on the boat.
What I did get done is tearing out the front of the casting deck and figuring out that the gunwales are also rotted.
Really not sure what to do at this...

Well just thought Id give everyone an update after todays work also I have a few questions and need your opinions.
Today I was able to tear out the stern section of the deck but I still cant get the stern boxes.
The confusing thing is the foam doesn't feel wet...

On the transom of my 19' Bonita, the fiberglass has (not sure really how to describe it) but I guess you could say broken.
That is what it looks like. I was hoping somebody could give me some advice on how to reglass this section and what I should use.
