i have a 1990 prostar 190 with a 351 engine. the boat runs great at idle and cruising around the lake. the problem is if i run it at full throttle is will go like crazy and then suddenly starts loosing power and seems to pop back out of the carb. if i let up on the trottle it seems to catch...
