Hi looking at a 1983 Laser Bass Boat to purchase. How do I know if transom and stringers are rotted or not? Only have access to fuel tank area there are no other open areas. Owner claims has always been covered is there a way to assess the stringers without cutting a opening?? Does anyone know...
