    96 Johnson, 60 hp 3cd, engine won't run under load when put the throttle to it in gear, rev's high in new, but does cough n sputter alittle.     no spark on 70, 6hp Evinrude

    1970 evirunude 6 hp serial 6002B , not sparking at one cylinder, replaced points and condenser coil at that side, still no spark. Is there any way to test the iginition coil before replacing it too. Doesn't appear to be cracked, plugs are both new and gapped correctly, any thoughts
