    evinrude elto outboard what year?

    I'm trying to figure out the information for an evinrude motor that's labeled as a sportsman and an elto. The model number on it is 4346-00764 as far as i can tell. Can anyone tell me the year, hp, etc. of it? Appreciate any help, thanks.
