When i run this engine over 3000rpm, it "bucks" and drops power. Under 3000 rpm it runs fine. I figured it to be a feul problem and I replaced the fuel filter, the high pressure fuel filter and the water fuel separators but still have the problem. What would you look at next??
My manual start 1995 Merc 15hp won't start. I pulled and cleaned the carb, filters. Fresh fuel. I would invest in a service manual but the boatthe boat and engine are for sale. Any suggestions?
