    Starter won't quit spinning

    motor is a 90hp SPL Johnson, when I took the boat out today it started right up but I could hear the starter still spinning, the only way to get it to quit was turn the key off or put the motor in forward or reverse. If the motor died while in forward or reverse as soon as you put it in neutral...

    Low oil alarm but not oil injected?????

    1997 Johnson 90hp SPL, motor is not oil injected but the low oil alarm keeps going off, water pump is fairly new and doing its job, what gives?

    Johnson 90 no power out of hole then takes off?

    Took the boat out today, left the ramp and couldn't make power to plane, couldn't get rpms over 3K at full throttle, I eased around and alternated between easing and trying to open her up and it did nothing but stall then all of a sudden after about 10 minutes of that it just took off, I ran it...

    Help me pick a prop...

    Johnson 90 spl motor, 15 1/2 foot Stratos 890 lb dry, current prop is a 3 blade 14x19, the boat almost stands straight up taking off, can't cruise at low speed (it won't plane out), at wide open I'm only hitting around 4600 rpm, any advise is greatly appreciated....

    1997 Johnson V4 90, the good, bad??

    Just bought a 1997 Stratos 250 with a Johnson V4 90 on it, one owner boat, compression was 115-120 on all cylinders, is the generally a reliable engine? Any quirks or problems I need to address? Thanks....

    Paint code for 2000 Johnson 90

    The color is a metallic looking silver/grey, I would like to get a paint code so I could paint my 97 model 90 Johnson this color, the white motor just doesn't look right on a red and silver boat, thanks.....
