    Mid 80's Grew/Chriscraft color restoration question

    I have what I think is an 21' 87 Chriscraft built by grew I believe. It has Mercruiser 4.3 LX with Alpha 1 drive. Anyway, it has a white hull and a red top stripe....looks like this one sort of but my issue is that the red is really really chalky and pink. I think it is beyond wet sanding...
