    I have 96' 40 hp Mariner Serial # OG140579. I have found brushes for the motor. What I need is the litte white holder and spring for one of the brushes.     Mariner 40 have to choke t run wot

    Just bought from my brother in law. 2001 40 hp serial # 0G146579 . after running 20 - 30 minutes it tends to power down. i've check tank vent replaced fuel line, filter, bulb. it starts fine and will rev up in nuet, put in gear ,slowly go wot, it lacks power unless it gets choked.
