What is the best way to remove decoration decals off the side of the hull? I tried peeling it off but it seems like it's bake on. Only very small pieces will come off.

I have a sport jet 90 and it started running rough and rich then it stop and could not be restarted. When we removed the spark plugs and motor the engine over, about a cup of fuel came out of the #3 cylinder. Has this happen to anyone out there?
You remove the vent and service caps, let the oil drain. Check for water!
Also check to see how many oz of oil was drained. It should be around 18 OZ
