My mercury 150 primer ball collasped on me,so i put a new one on and its doing the same thing. It seems like its only doing it when i get to about half tank of gas. Dont know why this is happening. Fuel lines are 3/8ths.
Mercury 1984 150. When i put motor in gear,forward or reverse its dieing out. If i push in the enrichner while im shifting it will go but i have to continue to push in enrichner while running or it will die. Cant get above idle speed while doing this. It sounds like it not getting enough fuel...
I have a 1984 black max 150, the choke isnt working.My ignition switch has a push in choke.When i push for choke i hear a click. When i push for manual on solenoid nothing happens. I checked the hoses and everything seems okay.Why isnt my choke working.
I have a mercury 150 black max. The ignition switch has a push in choke. I push it in it does nothing. I tryed to find the solenoid on the motor but dont see it. Where is it located, close to starter solenoid? I need to buy a manual.
I have a older 150, think 1984. I was told to use 1 quart of oil to 6 gallons of gas for the mixture. Does this sound right. Its seems to smoke quite of bit. Just got the boat.Need correct mixture please. Also the boat pulls to the right.Which way can i move the trim tab to correct this
