I think it is a 1980's. The serial number is 62113192. It is a 3.5 horse power rig.
When we put the throttle in "Rabbit" mode it accelerates for about 3 to 5 seconds, (sometimes immediately), and then it dies out.
Tried to find an online schematic unsuccessfully. Now need your expert advise...
