I have a 1974 Volvo Penta AQ130c/270, the power tilt has benn working fine. Now I went to put it in the up position and it wont make a sound (move). growls when I hit the down switch but its max down. Is there a way to get it to go up manually? anybody have any ideas ? thanks ps. I have been...
