month ago pulled the boat out put all new bellows in it then put it back in the barn, today took it out going to use to this weekend just checked the back of boat and exhaust bellows were ripped and it just has been sitting! :( is it possible to replace them with out pull the out drive off? 93...
have mercruiser out drive, going to replace some parts in it. noticed this weird bolt/nut on there. called a local marinea. they said its ant-theft device with locking nut that has a special key for it. bought boat used and guy never said anything about it. any one ran in to this problem...

my dad and i got in the boat, launched it and buddy took the truck back to the landing. got out on the lake the thing didn't run right full throttle it would only go 1/2 as fast. went to dock to pick up my buddy and i said "dad there's water in the boat" took dog house off...yep water full...
i have a cover that i got from a buddy, its waterproof but its only good for trailering/when boat is on the trailer. put it on the boat when it was on the dock and it looks like it would blow off. so put 3 straps under the boat to make it from not blowing off. now it shouldn't blow off. now...
