So I got a used boat with a old outboard. The outboard is a Cabrea EL30. I haven't had any luck looking for a service manual. I think the timing is off as it is having the starter pull cord snap back after a few pulls. I have checked the flywheel key and it isn't sheared, I ordered a new one...
