my 9.9 runs and has good compression but bucks and doesnt want to run when you give her throttle... any suggestions? is this motor as strong as my west bend 18 hp that is a 1961?
i have i believe to be a scott- atwater 10 hp aprox 1946... has fwd -rev.-neutral.... i think it siezed but if anyone needs parts it was running earlier this summer...
