I put a wet cheap beach towel on the white bench in the cockpit and it stained!! I've tried everything, including things I probably shouldn't have, and I can't get it out. It's like it soaked right in. Any ideas would be great.

I'm putting in an inverter and was wondering if I can just plug the shore power into the inverter on the AC side. That way I use the existing AC plugs and breakers.
