Hello all,
I own an '89 Sunbird with the OMC 3.0 currently running a 13x19 3-blade aluminum prop; top speed: 35mph, WOT rpm: 4200. I'm going to change over to 4-blade props for better performance with a load.
I am thinking about a 17p or 18p for general cruising; i definitely need the better...

My coupler has loosened twice now. .. it took me two engine pulls to realize it was the coupler coming loose. I'm assuming the alignment was off both times. ..So my questions are:
1. Could I use bolts instead of studs to tighten the coupler to the flywheel
