My 1995 175hp will not start after it has been propped up for 1 or 2 hours. I am loosing just about all fuel pressure in the primer bulb. When I pump it up and try to start it will crank and crank like its not getting fuel. Eventually it will crank about 1/4 turn and spit. It will do this back...
