    Converting a 10' utility trailer to a boat trailer

    New boat

    I am looking at a new boat, does anyone have an opinion or prefance between a fiberglass or alumaiumn boat. looking at a Lowe or Alumna Weld 17' with a 70 hp. I fish manly rock bottom lakes, what are the advantages and disadvantges to these types of hulls in a rock bottom lake?

    Hydro Foil

    I run a 2011 4 stroke 6 HP Tohatsu on a 10' 3" Pelican 103. would a hydro foil / Doel Fin or a simiular product help the preformance on a motor this small? I have changed from a factory 8 pitch to a 7 pitch and incresed my "hole shot" and lowered the RPM's it takes to keep the boat on plane...

    Pelican predator 103 question

    I have a 2011 Pelican Predator double hull modified "v" hull 10' 3". The boat is rated for a 7 hp, I have a 6 HP 4 stroke Tohatsu W/ 7 pitch prop and a external 3 gal tank. Total weight when operating is 360 lb's. motor, fuel, gear, trolling motor, batterty, personal, etc.. this is 30 lb's below...
