Could it be the voltage regulator?? If so do we just replace that or is there away to test it .. it definitely smoked and smelled bad so I'm assuming it's bad and I'm assuming it's a voltage regulator that we were looking at .
Today we hooked the battery up and all of a sudden the motor started smoking so we unhooked it .. we took the cover off and traced where the smoke was coming from .. We then unhooked the yellow wire and touch the battery wire to the battery and it sparked so he hooked the yellow one back up then...
