So I am missing parts 12B and 12C and everything from 50 - 66. My current setup, on both engines looks like these photos. They have no filter, not even an inline filter. And yes, the oil cooler does get clogged and quickly.
Can someone confirm that there is supposed to be a filter for the raw water cooling system? 1 diagram I saw shows what appears to be a filter tucked into the inlet side of the water pump. I do not have one there. Am I missing an insert or is there some other location where the water is filtered...

Boat is a '73 23' Seabird with twin Aq130c's and 270T's. Fairly new boat to me. Boat has maybe been run once a year for at least the past 5 years. May have been sitting longer without operation. One engine isn't crazy about starting. It will start and run, but only after 10 different tries...
