I've got the outdrive and gimbal housing off. I didn't expect good things but I was just wondering what y'all thought.
How bad does it look?
I'm replacing the gimbal bearing and bellows, but are there any other major parts that look like they need replacing while I've got it apart?
On my alpha one I've gotten to a sticking point on my bellows install. I've got every thing off except the throttle cable. It's still attached to the gimbal housing and I'm not sure how to get it off or how to get it to pull out further like I've seen in other member's installs.
