Can anyone tell me how to tell what year this boat is?

Hi all,
I just obtained a 14ft Mirrocraft aluminum boat with a 20hp Johnson outboard. It looks like an older Seahorse model. Here are the model & serial numbers:
Model: FDL 22M
Serial: J2924796
My guess is that is was made in Fond du Lac Wisconsin, June of 1979. Not sure about that, so if...
