    fuel/oil mixture on 1999 9.9

    hello all:<br />I just recently purchased a used (mint) 1999 mercury 9.9. serial og916008.<br />starts on 1st or 2nd pull, any way enough boasting..<br />is it a 50 to 1 mixture.<br />thanks Dean
