but has a long way to go. She is doing physical therapy 2 times a
week for her copd and showing improvement.

You should never use two layers of plywood over each other. That is the best way to rot both layers.. It is not done as a common practice. The original owner took a short cut.. Use a good marine grade ply or a exterior grade ply.

You can use a rag soaked in mineral spirts and clean up
all the 5200 while its still wet. Works great and the mineral sprits
doesn't evaporate as fast as acetone..
I agree with classiccat, I would add one thing more,
Try and round over any sharp edges on the transom before using
the cloth glass. This helps the glass lay down without as many
air bubbles. It doesn't take much. just break the edge.

Sorry to hear about the shoulders. The Admiral has been going
through some major health issues that has stopped all my boat work.
I need to put the channel on top of the side panels and make a piece for the controls to mount on.
Cut some plywood for the consoles. Then onto the wiring.. I will try to keep better track of the updates..

More foam. Painted the side z brackets with gray rustolem and hardner added.
Side panels sealed with the OTF.. Side panels with carpet and used the large flange 3/16" dia to hold in place.
