My motor needs some carburetor work and I was wondering the price difference in the carb kits vs a new carburetor.

I had to run the motor with the choke pulled just to get back to the shore. I am thinking about cleaning the carberator. Does anybody have some good cleaning methods? OR how much does it cost to buy a new carberator.
Does this engine have a fuel filter?
