I have a 175 evinrude 1989 engine that runs good. The voltage regulator is bad. I cannot get the flywheel off. we've drilled new puller holes and retapped them twice. they keep ripping out. The origional holes have a tap broken in one hole. My mechanic said maybe cutting or burning the wheel off...
