have 87 blackmax mercury. Every since I bought it, it makes a continuous high pitch beeping from alarm when I reach high RPM's. It starts loosing water at the tattle tale. Have replaced water pump and found a chunk of rubber was missing. Believe missing part of rubber is stopped up somewhere...
