    Hello, I have a 1999 230CC and can't find a user manual so I thought I'd post on here... My head, when I pump wet nothing happens? Does the water come from the holding tank? also i've noticed a ball valve underneath the step leading into the cuddy. My guess is this for pumpout? am I correct...
