When at wide open throttle its almost like I'm running out of gas actually anything above 3000 rpms boat slows down then speeds up. I have changed the exturnal water seperator cleaned the screen in the carb. The thing runs great at any rpms beloow 3000. Any help would be great

I have adjusted my engine step by step as frank say in the top post. What I was woundering is now I have no throttle in cold warm up and my line on my throttle cam is way past the roller. Is this normal or did I adjust some thing wrong? Any help would be great thanks
She won't idle runs fine on warm up but when I go to bring it back down to idle if skips then dies. I have tried to adjust throttle cable but it does the same thing. I can adjust the distruter out and get it to run some with lever in neutral but tach same I'm at 3000. Any help would be great...

I got my 1979 Chrysler 75hp running thanks to the replys to my other post but now I have what looks to be gear oil comeing out of the exhaust port in front of the prop. Is this possible? I was also wondering if anyone had the torque specs and prosidure on resealing the lower unit. Thank you
