hi lads, above motor has GOOD spark /compression /timing/fuel delivery. i,m near sure its the crank seals. even putting petrol into bore it wont fire. where would i get new seals ? any chance of a manual for this old critter?

Hi. I started the above motor today for first time In 20 yrs . I just poured a bit petrol in the pipe and stuck the jump leads straight onto starter terminal and she started right up, no control cables wires attached or nothing ,I noticed a small blue resistor looking thing mounted by one screw...
as long as i can remember this motor has alarmed at 50% throttle openings, i run it maxxed out all the time and it never misses a beat. starts and runs great going harbour speed or flat out, try to do a sensible cruising speed and it alarms and if if you idle back then straight onto...
i set about balancing little bigfoot carbs today after rebuilding motor , got cylinders set up fine apart from cylinder 1 which had mad high vacuum compared to the other 3 cylinders , whats the story there? thanks in advance
